- WEBSITE: more member friendly & relevant, upgrade content, explore Q & A Blog for sharing information and resolving work related issues. Possible purchase of POA and member access to same. (increased billable hours to 10/month until complete)
- SPONSORS & SCHOLARSHIPS: approach more local sponsors (see Contava sponsorship) for training & courses. Approach local Security firms to assist in the cost of furthering education with industry recognised certifications / degrees etc for Chapter members.
- Sponsor Logos on webpage similar to Edmonton. Set standard of $2500 per sponsor, use leftover proceeds to Website maintenance.
- EVENTS: add 4 annual special training events per year. See Toddington & Janine Warner. Mix it up with breakfast or early evening presentations.
- PSP review course: response to RFP, cost, course dates?
- PAPERLESS CHAPTER: Membership, course registration, Golf Tournament & luncheons paid thru website via PayPal. Explore cost sharing with Edmonton Chapter.
- MEMBERSHIP REP: to reduce work load of Treasurer. Brainstorm at new ways to encourage local ASIS International members to join up.
- QUESTIONAIRE/SURVEY MONKEY: Conduct polls/ utilize questionnaires and survey forms (via the website or hand out forms at seminars) to ascertain what current members would like to see more of/less off. Increase member interaction
